I hope you're doing well! I wanted to take a moment to clarify my booking process and policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both of us.

Just like any other professional service, such as visiting a dentist, therapist, attorney, or mechanic, I require appointments to be booked in advance. This allows me to properly schedule my time and ensure that I can provide you with the highest quality service. Additionally, it helps me support my family and maintain my business so I can continue offering my services to you and others.

My availability for massage sessions is typically from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you'd like to schedule a session outside of these hours, please reach out to me via email at least 24 hours in advance. I'm more than happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible.

To secure your booking, a deposit is required. This helps prevent no-shows and ensures that both of us are committed to the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the remainder of the session fee will be due immediately or if you schedule with me again. However, if you need to reschedule, you can do so up to five hours before your session without penalty, only when you reschedule within 24 hours. Failure to reschedule and commit to your appointment will result in a loss of your deposit, a session penalty fee assessed and owed when you schedule your next appointment.

Please keep in mind that all bookings are only confirmed once I've directly confirmed with you and received your deposit. Shortly after confirming your session, you'll receive a text with instructions on where you will check in for your appointment and park. I want to clarify that the deposit is not an additional fee; it's simply applied toward the total cost of your session.

For inbound sessions, the deposit is $50, and for outbound sessions, it starts at $100. This ensures that I can dedicate my time and resources to providing you with the best possible experience. I'm genuinely sorry if you have been scammed in the past. Please do not base your last bad experience on my legitimate, positive, and successful business. My reputation and brand are very important to me.  You have a lot of links to verify my information and see that I am going to always be honorable and committed to our sessions. Remember, this is my business, I would never hurt you. I want you to come back and refer your friends. Ask me about my referral program! Do not ask to schedule with me then not want to pay your scheduling deposit.
