Please Read Carefully Before Booking

Consent & Understanding

By booking a session, you acknowledge that all services offered through Florida Sensual Touch Massage are professional and experiential in nature. These sessions include sensual touch, breathwork, somatic guidance, and emotional exploration, only.

You are agreeing with mutual respect, privacy, and energetic exchange. Either party may stop or pause the experience at any time.

Participate at Your Own Risk

While all care is taken to create a safe, clean, and emotionally supportive environment, you participate at your own risk.

Florida Sensual Touch Massage, its owner, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries (physical or emotional), allergic reactions, discomfort, or triggering experiences resulting from a session.

If you are navigating trauma, grief, mental illness, or severe body-related pain, you are not recommended to book an experience at this time. Please consult with your medical provider or mental health professional to ensure you are receiving the support you need before engaging in sensual or somatic sessions.

No Refunds

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session time will be reduced. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be canceled without a refund.

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or boundary violations are not eligible for rescheduling.

Termination for Misconduct

If you attempt to violate boundaries, request illegal activity, arrive under the influence, or make me feel unsafe in any way, the session will end immediately. You will be banned from further contact, and no refunds will be issued. Do not ask me if you can bring a beer, and please do not smell like cigarettes. 

Respecting me is not optional.

Protection of Intellectual Property

All website content, session structures, language, photos, branding, and educational methods are intellectual property of Florida Sensual Touch Massage. Redistribution, duplication, or sharing of any content, texts, emails, or session recordings without permission is strictly prohibited.

Legal action will be pursued if this clause is violated.

Media & Confidentiality

No photos or videos may be taken during your session unless explicitly approved in writing. If a signed waiver is provided, a short video or souvenir clip may be created at an additional fee.

Discretion is paramount. All personal information, communications, and visit details are kept fully confidential.

Clients may request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) at any time.

Protection From Misuse & Malicious Intent

Any attempt to defame, entrap, manipulate, impersonate, exploit, or intentionally harm this business, its reputation, or its owner will result in immediate legal action and permanent blacklisting from all platforms.

By booking an appointment, you agree to all the above terms. If you have any questions or require clarification, please ask before submitting your deposit.
